By downloading, installing, or using the Software (defined below), you (“Customer”) hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth below:

1. Customers requesting an evaluation for PaperStream Capture Pro/Pro Premium/PSAI (“Software”) shall have 30 days from the trial license code issuance date to activate the software trial (“Trial”).

2. Trial term shall be for a period of 60 days from activation (“Trial Term”). Trial licenses are non-transferrable and shall not be provided to any other third party.

3. Trial licenses shall be activated on a single PC only and cannot be accessed or used on other or multiple PCs, unless otherwise expressly permitted by PFU America, Inc. (“PAI”) in writing.

4. Trial shall be limited to 200 sets of scanned images (each, a “Batch”) only (the “Batch Limit”). Each Batch shall not exceed 9,999 images total.

5. Trial shall automatically expire at the end of the Trial Term or upon reaching the Batch Limit, whichever occurs first.

6. Customer shall be solely responsible for any and all system requirements, operating costs, and other fees.

7. Trial licenses for customers in the U.S. only. Limit one (1) Trial per Customer only, unless otherwise expressly authorized by PAI.

8. PAI may collect personal information about customers in order to operate and provide the Trial. PAI uses and protects the information in accordance with its privacy policy. Customer acknowledges and agrees that its use of the Trial is subject to PAI’s privacy policy (which is located at https://www.pfu-us.ricoh.com/privacy).

9. Customer may provide to PAI and/or its affiliates feedback regarding PFU products and/or services (“Feedback”). By submitting such Feedback, Customer: (i) acknowledges and agrees that PAI and its affiliates (in its sole discretion) shall have the rights to use, share, and commercialize Customer’s Feedback in any way, for any purpose, and without payment or other consideration, notice, or obligation to Customer or any other third party; and (ii) assigns all rights in and to such Feedback to PAI and its affiliates. PAI and its affiliates will retain any and all rights (including intellectual property rights), title, interest and ownership in and to such Feedback provided by Customer.

10. PAI may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this Trial offer at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice. The interpretation of any and all terms herein is at the sole discretion of PAI, and such interpretation by PAI shall be final and binding.
